I’m Beth, and I invite you to unwind in my idyllic, cozy cabin nestled by the trees with serene river views.
Each treatment I offer is uniquely tailored to your needs, ensuring a truly personalised experience.
Massage isn’t just about soothing the body it’s a powerful way to calm the mind and nourish the body.
Think of it as hitting the ultimate reset button on your self-care journey.
It’s a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

My love for massage comes from always being in tune with my body.
I started dancing at the age of 4, completing a foundation course at Leeds Contemporary Dance School, and later graduating from London Contemporary Dance School back in 2014.
This is where I developed a deep understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body.
As a dancer, I often experienced injuries, pulled muscles, and overworked my body, which made me truly appreciate the importance of taking care of it and the healing process.

I am fully trained in all the treatments I offer and I’m always adding to my list of techniques and treatments to offer you the best experience possible.
 

It’s not only important to me to treat the body with the muscular attention it needs, but I also care deeply that you can mentally switch off and give yourself the ‘off button’ treatment you deserve.
